James is originally from Kansas. After 8 year's in the Air Force he moved to Virginia Beach with his wife Diana. He obtained his real estate license in 2015 after purchasing his first home. James saw a broken industry that could be handled so much better. In 2019 he started the Evolution Realty Team to provide the highest level of service and marketing for his clients.
